Gautam is responsible for managing Ayuroma’s daily operations and its strategic growth. Prior to joining Ayuroma, Gautam managed his own consulting firm focused on the development of innovations at the nexus of emerging markets development, impact investment, supply and distribution chain reinforcement, sustainable technologies, and intelligent corporate social responsibility. Prior to establishing his own consulting enterprise, Gautam was the Director of US & Latin American Investments, Innovations & Partnerships Division for GAIN, linked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Before joining GAIN, Mr. Ramnath served in the Executive Office of Operations in Washington DC and as the Resident Country Director for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Mali, West Africa. Prior to the public sector, Mr. Ramnath worked in architecture, construction management, heavy infrastructure, and infrastructure policy and real estate development for AMEC International and was a partner in his own architectural practice. Gautam has worked within international emerging market contexts in Eurasia, Latin America and Africa for the past 20 years. Gautam holds degrees in Architecture, Construction Management & Sustainable Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois and an MBA from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
